Authentic & True

My central mission in life is to inspire men and women, through education and psychotherapy, to know themselves, live authentically and passionately, enhance their relationships, and build lives centered on truth and wisdom.

Leslie Gustasfon

I believe that growth and transformation happen when we are intent on being real and base our lives on truth. I try to live my life centered on these principles as I believe they form the core of authenticity, personal integrity and character for anyone. Ultimately, God and the spiritual resources He provides are the foundation and inspiration for all meaningful change.

I love seeing people move forward – helping them create fulfilling lives. As a counselor and sex therapist/coach, I have the distinct privilege of seeing lives change – at times beyond their dreams.
